Harmo is a mobile app concept designed to help people become more aware of their emotions and prevent prolonged periods of negative feelings. By fostering daily emotional reflection, the app promotes mental well-being through small, consistent habits.
Created as a response to the design challenge by The Stanford Center on Longevity, Harmo focuses on building and supporting healthy habits—financial, physical, and social. The app encourages self-awareness and emotional balance, helping users develop a mindful approach to their daily experiences.
Harmo guides users through a simple and engaging process of emotional reflection. By answering daily questions about their activities, users can track both positive and negative emotions. To make the experience more enjoyable, Harold, the app’s friendly character, was introduced to support users and bring a smile to their faces.
I was involved in every stage of the project, from research and wireframing to user testing and final design. Additionally, I managed project planning, organization, and overall execution to ensure a seamless development process.
